About us

In 2008, while in discussion with Chief Ed Dadisho of the Suisun Police Department, regarding the numerous concerns directly relating to the youth of Susiun City, Phillip L Pete, Sr. developed the Suisun City Youth Project. The Suisun City Youth Project is a project designed to impact the lives of youth citywide through various programs, activities, and services. 

 

In order to implement the Suisun City Youth Project it was necessary to form an organization to administer and maintain the vision of the project. Thus, in 2008, the Next Caleb Corporation was formed in an attempt to deal with the growing academic, economic, social, and behavioral concerns surrounding the inter-city youth of Solano County. 

 

Excellence, Achievability, and Success are the cornerstone and pillars of our organization. We call it the triangle effect. Success is our ultimate goal and it rests on the strength of achievability and excellence. We strive to teach each individual youth the mindset of achievability and excellence, which ensures their success.

 

Excellence: 

Deals with skills, precision, and the commitment to superb or outstanding quality 

 

Achievability:

Deals with setting and implementing adequate small attainable goals, in an effort to achieve the ultimate goal and aspiration

 

Success:

Deals with producing the targeted end results
